Welcome to Ft. Campbell Massage. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your interaction with our services.

By accessing or using this website, submitting an inquiry, requesting an appointment, or receiving services from Ft. Campbell Massage, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website or our services.

1. About Our Services

Ft. Campbell Massage provides massage and related wellness services at our location in Clarksville, Tennessee.

Information provided on this website is intended to describe our services and help visitors contact or schedule with us. Service availability, pricing, appointment times, and other details may change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit any service at any time.

2. Appointments

Appointments may be requested through our website, by phone, email, or other methods we make available.

Submitting an appointment request does not necessarily guarantee an appointment. An appointment is considered confirmed only when Ft. Campbell Massage has confirmed the appointment with you.

Please provide accurate contact information when requesting an appointment so that we can communicate with you regarding scheduling.

3. Appointment Changes and Cancellations

We understand that circumstances may require you to change or cancel an appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact Ft. Campbell Massage as soon as possible and in accordance with the cancellation policy communicated at the time of booking.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than the required notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Missed appointments or no-shows may be subject to a no-show fee or other applicable charge. The applicable cancellation or no-show fee will be communicated during the booking process and may be charged to the payment method provided at the time of booking.

If a client arrives late, the appointment may be shortened to avoid affecting subsequent appointments. The full appointment price may still apply. In cases of significant lateness, Ft. Campbell Massage may require the appointment to be rescheduled, and applicable cancellation or no-show charges may apply.

Package Cancellation and Unused Services

Packages purchased from Ft. Campbell Massage are subject to the package terms communicated at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law:

• Packages are refundable, however, any service that has been used within the package will be deducted from the refund total.
• Unused package sessions may not be exchanged for cash or other services.
• Missed appointments may result in the applicable session being deducted from the package.
• Package sessions may not be transferred to another person unless expressly approved by Ft. Campbell Massage.
• Package expiration dates, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of purchase.
• Any promotional or discounted package may be subject to additional terms communicated at the time of purchase.

If Ft. Campbell Massage cancels a scheduled service or is otherwise unable to provide a purchased service, we may reschedule the service or provide another appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law and the applicable package terms.

4. Arrival and Late Appointments

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

Arriving late may reduce the amount of time available for your massage so that we can maintain the schedule for other clients. The full appointment price may still apply when a late arrival results in a shortened appointment.

If you are significantly late, we may need to reschedule the appointment.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your appointment, package, or membership will generally be the price communicated or displayed at the time of purchase or booking.

Payment is due in accordance with the payment terms provided at the time services are booked or rendered. We may require a valid payment method to be provided or maintained for appointments, packages, memberships, or other services.

Memberships and Recurring Charges

Massage membership visits do roll over; however, membership visits are non-refundable. Rolled-over massage visits may be used and rescheduled for a later date.

If you enroll in a membership program offered by Ft. Campbell Massage, you authorize Ft. Campbell Massage or its designated payment provider to charge your selected payment method for the applicable membership fee according to the billing frequency and terms presented at the time of enrollment.

Memberships may automatically renew for successive billing periods unless cancelled in accordance with the membership cancellation terms provided at enrollment.

Membership charges that have already been processed are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the applicable membership terms or required by applicable law.

If a membership payment is declined, fails, or cannot be processed, Ft. Campbell Massage may suspend or terminate membership benefits until the outstanding balance is resolved. Additional fees may apply where permitted by law and disclosed during enrollment.

Cancelling a membership will prevent future recurring charges after the cancellation becomes effective. 

Membership benefits, credits, discounts, or included services are subject to the specific membership terms communicated at the time of enrollment. We reserve the right to modify membership pricing or membership terms with appropriate notice, where required by applicable law. Any changes will apply in accordance with the updated membership terms communicated to members.

Massage memberships can be cancelled at any time due to our discretion.

Payment Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and current payment information. If your payment information changes, you are responsible for updating it to avoid interruptions to services or membership benefits.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, billing, or other information displayed on the website if an error occurs.

6. Massage Services and Client Responsibility

Massage therapy is intended to provide relaxation and wellness benefits and is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Before receiving massage services, you should inform your massage therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, medications, allergies, pregnancy, recent procedures, or other circumstances that may affect the safety or suitability of massage.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information relevant to your health and ability to receive massage services.

If you have questions about whether massage is appropriate for your particular condition, consult your physician or other qualified healthcare professional before receiving services.

7. Right to Refuse or Modify Services

Ft. Campbell Massage reserves the right to refuse, discontinue, or modify a service when we reasonably believe that doing so is necessary for the safety, comfort, or well-being of the client or therapist.

Services may also be refused or terminated in circumstances involving inappropriate, abusive, threatening, or unlawful behavior.

No sexual services are offered or provided.
